An ideal roof is one that never leaks, does not need maintenance, is excellently insulated and prevents condensation problems. Such roof covering does exist and costs far less than you might think. It is called Daksilisol and it can simply be applied to your existing bitumen or metal (or asbestos) roof.

The Daksilisol system consists of a sturdy (you can walk on it) and seamless PUR insulating coat in addition to two special silicone rubber coats. The silicone coating is weather and UV-rays resistant and water repellent. Result: a maintenance-free, durable roof covering with excellent insulating properties. The process is super fast and simple. All work is performed from the outside so that all activities inside the building can continue as usual. The Daksilisol system is suitable for roof renovation, new constructions and sealing of Eternit roofs.

When the roof is in “bad” condition, treatment with a silicone coating does wonders. The roof receives a new, weather resistant topcoat that extends the life of the roof. An ideal solution for metal, bitumen and asbestos roofs.

PUR-super can also be applied without the weather-resistant silicone coat. This is often done to protect warehouses and distribution centres against humidity. Indeed,

condensation problems can cause much damage (and many damage claims). Therefore, do not take any risks and have the roof of your distribution centre, transit hall or storage space insulated with a seamlessly insulating and condensation-controlling PUR-super coat. By doing so, you will keep those spaces dry, heating costs will go down for ever and the work environment will remain pleasant in the summertime. PUR-super also diminishes odour nuisance from, for instance, composting halls.

Of course, there are also other possibilities available for larger projects (wall cavity and floor insulation).
